نطاق هذه الشروط

تنطبق هذه الشروط على هذا الموقع وعلى الطلبات التي تتم مع EKSAUDI عبر واتساب أو صفحاتنا على مواقع التواصل.

الطلبات

يُعتبر الطلب مؤكدًا عندما نرسل لك رسالة تأكيد بالأصناف والسعر وتفاصيل التوصيل.

الأسعار والتوفر

قد تتغير الأسعار والكميات المتاحة دون إشعار مسبق. السعر المعتمد هو المذكور في رسالة تأكيد طلبك. قد تختلف الألوان قليلًا عن الصور.

الدفع

نتفق معك على طريقة الدفع عند تأكيد الطلب.

التوصيل

نؤكد لك موعد التوصيل ورسومه مع الطلب. نوصّل إلى العنوان الذي تعطيه لنا، لذا يرجى إبقاء هاتفك متاحًا.

الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يمكنك استبدال المنتجات أو استرجاعها وفقًا لما يتيحه قانون حماية المستهلك المصري. راسلنا على واتساب بتفاصيل طلبك. يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي عبوته الأصلية.

محتوى الموقع

اسم EKSAUDI ومحتوى هذا الموقع ملك لنا، ولا يجوز استخدامهما دون إذن.

المسؤولية

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام هذا الموقع.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation message with the items, price and delivery details.

Prices and availability

Prices and stock may change without notice. The price that applies is the one in your order confirmation. Colours may differ slightly from photos.

Payment

We agree the payment method with you when we confirm the order.

Delivery

We confirm the delivery time and fee with your order. We deliver to the address you give us, so please keep your phone reachable.

Exchanges and returns

You can exchange or return items as Egyptian consumer protection law allows. Message us on WhatsApp with your order details. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Website content

The EKSAUDI name and the content of this website belong to us and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Egyptian law. The courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
